Medical error means to harm patients by wrong diagnosis, treatment , or giving inappropriate medications to client which can result in complications or can cause even death of patients.

Following are the legal considerations regarding medical error ---

1. Confidentiality between doctor and patient.

2. Use of Informed consent , so that patients could also understand about the procedures or services given to them.

3. Autonomy.

4. Justice.

5. Beneficence.

6. Medical negligence.

7. Do no harm patients.

8. Equally treat all patients without any discrimination.

9. Always be truth and be a trustworthy about treatment.
