In the case of alcohol withdrwal the common symptoms and signs are hyperthermia as well al the trachycardia means incraesd heart rate of the patient.

In ealry stage of the major depressive disorder the psycomotor retardation is the major findings obtained during the initial assessment and it should be reported to other disciplines on the priority basis.

The drug Fluoxetine is used in the case of the tretment of the patients having the major depressive disorders and it is contraindicated with selegiline and may give rise to serotonin syndrome in the patient.

The patient might experience memory loss for the first few weeks after the electroconvulsive therapy. Hence the  the nurse include in the teaching. After that this problem will overcome.
