The best way to measure the patient experience is the feed back form.Provide feed back form for the patient on a dalily basis and the public relation officer should visit each patient to get the feed back.And during the discharge it is mandatory to give feed back form during the discahrge and there should be adrop box in every department.In case of out patient there should be a feed back reader which has the rating from excellent to bad and the place to notice the opinion.Bu the all the patient infomation should be confidential.
