Answer: The belief system and view on nursing base on me are that Nursing is the highest profession with full of dedication and provide holistic care that no other profession does not follow. The nurses are having various scopes and they are performing their work bounded by the legal and ethical responsibilities. The nurse should always remember to maintain a therapeutic relationship and follow patient-centered care while giving care to the patient. It is very interesting that the nurse can work in all the setting like in the hospital, in community and colleges. The more experiences in the nursing field nurses are more expert in doing the work like skills and knowledge as compared to fewer experienced nurses.
