Answer #1

1. Answer

I have choosen for PPO health insurance plan because it is having benefits with lower costs of payment as offered by providers and the members can also avail services from outside of network by providers

2. Answer

Medicare for all have became increasingly popular to expand health care access

Bernie Sanders have introduced Medicare for all bill in 2017, he wanted to replace this with all another insurances, Sanders plan would cover all the medical bills without financial burden on patient.

The popularly known Affordable care act, commonly referred as Obama care would also be replaced by Medicare for all

However some politicians like Booker and Harris said that even they support Medicare for all they don't want to eliminate other private insurances

Sanders Medicare for all would be a single nation policy for everyone living in US which covers all services including dental health, mental health and medicines with no copays and deductions. Excluding medicines the cost will be limited to $200 per year

When comparing Medicare for all its pros and cons, pros weigh more, the benefits include:

  1. It will lower the health care costs as the cost of every medical aspect will be decided by government
  2. All the hospitals will deal with one agency and adhere to same policy and avoid multiple partners
  3. Makes it easier for treatment
  4. It could increase the demand for health services- every patient can afford every speciality doctor
  5. Hospital and staff will provide same cost for the wealthier and poor, everyone will get access to the same quality of care
