· Ensuring that all the requirements are clearly laid down before the staff at the time of onboarding and thus there is compliance

· Ensuring that they have a staff that is experienced and qualified to meet the requirements

· The turnover of the staff that is qualified and experienced i.e. meeting the requirements is low i.e. the job satisfaction is high

· Ensuring that the nurse to patient ratio is high so that the quality of care delivered is high and the staff does not suffer from burning out
