It is the way of living of the person including both men and women.

LIFESTYLE FACTORS

These are the factors or modifiable habits,way of living and behaviour of the person.The changes made in this factors can influence the health and fertility.

The factors affecting lifestyle includes,

  1. Intake of balance diet
  2. Drinking plenty of fluids
  3. Redular exercises and physical activities
  4. Adequate rest and sleep
  5. Avoid smoking,alcoholism and tobacco chewing
  6. Routine health checkup

Impact of the lifestyle factors on likelihood of conception

Intake of balance diets

Balance diets are the fds which contains all the needed nutrients in an equal proportions.It is improving the immunity level, preventing the diseases and overweight.

  • The diets contains rich in unsaturated fats,whole grains,green leafy vegitables and fish will improve the fertitily in both men and women
  • The excessive intake of the diary products,alcohol,caffeine,saturated fats, ans sugar will increses the chance of infertility in both the men and women.

Drinking plenty of fluids

The body contains 90% of water.It is very important todrink 8 glasses of pure water to maintain the hydration of the body. It helps for the good functioning of the cells.

Intake of proper amount of water intake is helping for the proper funtioning of reproductice cells.

  • It improves the funtion of the uterus,ovaries,and healthy ovum production in women.
  • Increases the matured sperm production and seminal fluid volume.

Regular exercises and physical activities

It is very important to do the exercise for 45 min per day.It will improve the circulation,prevent the cardiac diseases,proper funtioning of the vital organs,strengthen the bones and muscles and improving the mental welbeing.

  • Doing strong exersices will improve the ovulation in females and moderate decreases after te conception will reduce the chance of miscarriage.
  • It improves the sperm count, motility and male hormone production

Adequate rest and sleep

Inorder to maintain it we have to sleep 7-8 hours per day.The proper sleep and rest will improve the metabolic functions and also improves the physical and mental well being of the person.

  • Taking adequate sleep and rest will increase the sex hormaon production.

Avoid smoking,alcoholism and tobacco chewing

Avoidence of these habits will increase the life span,prevents diseases,accidents,violents and suicidal thoughts.

  • Alcoholism in female will adversely affect the mensturation and ovulation. The smoking will lead to the infertility due to the blockage of the fallopian tube and increase the chance of tubal pregnancy.

Routine health checkup

It is very important for the early detection and treatments and prevention of complications.

The fertility peaks and decrease are different in all individuals both male and female.

Male

After the age of 40 years a wide number of DNA in the sperm damages in men.So it is very important to have childrens before that.Otherwise infertility will be the end result.

Female

In females the the number oocytes are declining, it will cause the shortening of the menstrual cycles and infertility.

Chances of fertility

  1. Under 30 years of age :- More than 70 % chances
  2. Over 36 years of age :- 40% or less
