Communication specificaly is one of the most important tool which is used to convey the message from one individual to another .the common reason for the misinterpretation of some of the messages is the usage of more numbers of complicated sentence structure by the nurse person.in the nursing field there are many kind of abbreviations as well as complicated terminology which will bring about confusion and can leads to the misinterpretation of the communication.

The main reason to avoid this is this can even cost the life of the patient

Mediation abbreviations if misread it can lead to Major complications like death of the individual

Misinterpreted of communication of the nurse by the patient can lead to confusion in the patient about his condition and what he has to do next .
