1. Financial factors- the rural people are from low socioeconomic status and not able to pay for costly health services due to that they become ignorant for Thier health

2.social factors or stigma- rurlar people are more over belief the diseas the punishment from the god side, let the disease person suffer any interference in the god process will bring bad thing. Stigma associated with mental health or substance abuse also make Barrie to achieve health facilities.

3. Health iliteracy- individual of the rural community doesn't understand the basic health information and services to make a standard decision for health

4. Transportation- health services or hospital are located far from Thier location or they have to take off from the work to get these services.

5. Less workforce or health facilities- lack of health facilities or health care professional team in the rural health commodities.

1. The services should be available at low prices for the low socioeconomic backgrounds rural people, financial means to pay services should mandatory to Include health insurance for them

2. Awareness to the people about the disease causd via pamphlet , health talk and door to door service to make aware about stigmatized disease conditions.

3. Some health camp and educating camp program govt and non governmental agencies should start to increse health literacy.

4. Transportation facilities and paid work off for he health services should be available so that the individual feel relaxed from the job side

5. There must be provision of health facilities such as primary health care centre with laboratory test and vital specialist should be there in the facility for the diagnosis of the diseas at the Intial level. And specific guidelines for the referral.
