The health care fecilities in United states have very good amount of humen resources like doctors and the nursed because the education system in medical and nursing institutions are very advanced and planned, other than doctors and nurses other staffs like dentists,radiologists,pharmasists, lab technitians, dietitions and other professionals in the hospital also undergone the quality training period that helps the improvement of the efficiency in the health care system.With functions that covers everything from performance management to safety, humen resource management plays a important role in the health care work place in ensuring the delivery o f health care services ans facilitating optimal patient outcomes.

Comparing with India's health sector the humen resources are very less , because the training institurions are not developed as the US. the iincome of the health workers are less as compared to the US, so the peoples are not atracted to the health care system especially the nurses, and the population is also high so the humen resources are not sufficient for the contry.
