Child weight in Ib =46.2Ib

Lets change this in kg, 1Ib=0.45kgs then

​​​​​​46.2Ib=0.45*46.2=20.9748kgs we can take 21kgs (approx) so, the child recieved 60mg/kg/day in above mention,then how many mg recieved by the child in one day=60*21=1260mg per day and the child recieved it 6th hourly in a day so, in one dose the child should recieved=1260%4=315mg(24hrs in a day dat divided by 6 then 4times a dayso we divided by 4 into 1260)

The child recieved the cilastatin 315mg per dose.

2) the bove statement shows that, 5mg/kg in a day, so the child weight 21kg then

21*5=105mg is the amount of Infliximab recieved by the child today.
