Ethical Issue: A physical therapist will not treat a patient due to the patient's rude behavior and comments towards the therapist.

Realm individual process situation(RIPS) is a learning methodology for ethical decision making in health science created specially by physiotherapist in order to solve ethical problem in this profession.

Patient have the right to expect that their health care provider are involving themself in thoughtful deliberation in issue with a commitment to take resonable action. These steps warrant the trust of patient and society. Unethical.self serving behaviour result in loss of trust by patient and families.

The physical therapist understand need of the patient and able to meet those needs. This model.calmness ought to intrupped when physical therapist unable to meet those needs.

Once the physician patient relationship established the general rule is that the physician has to provide care to the patient untill the relationship terminated by the mutual consent between tge physician and patient.

Some recommendation for avoid unethical behaviour :-

Create code of conduct that provide an overview of the type of conduct and behaviour.it outline what behaviour are unacceptable and what measure are taken if someone Violet the code of conduct.

Reinforce conscequence for unethical behaviour, if someone act unethically refer to the code of conduct and take the necessry measures to warn and terminate

Schedule an regular visit of an ethical.trainer who can tell which ethical behaviour and explain why this is so important.

Rather than putting responsibility in one hand , create a system of checks and balance to minimize the cases of unethical behaviour.
