The job role of nurse is challenging and requires various methods to elevate the positive practice outcomes. For better care and quality of care provided to the patients, nurse need to indulge themselves in various activities such as learning from their experiences. The nurse includes nursing theory in their nursing practice to reduce the healthcare disparities. The nursing theory enables the nurses to:

• Decision making
• Providing quality of care
• Improving the evidence based practice.

The research expectations includes the several benefits and outcomes that can be further implemented in the nursing practice. The research could provide platforms to reduce the health disparities. This also provides specific consideration for the nursing profession. For this, the scholarship provided to meet the needs of the research and their basic elements. It provides support to the nursing/ researchers to get all the requirements for the research, assessing all the information and equipments etc.
