The high density lipid ,low density lipid, cholestrol and triglycerides are all fats or lips in the body. HDL are also called as good cholesterol which helps to produce certain hormones, building cells, helps in transportation of excess cholesterol to liver for breakdown and metabolism .Triglycerides comes into action to provide energy during needs. In simple they store the excess calorie and give energy when there is a need. The LDL is also called as bad cholesterol it is related by depositing the gate in the blood vessels and causing blockage .This is prevented by the actions of HDL.
