Your hospital wants to decrease the rate of falls in patient older than 65 years of age. You have been asked to conduct an EBP project regarding these patient outcomes. What are some of the ethical considerations you must think about and incorporate into this project?

The ethical consideration which has to be thought and incorporated into this project are

• The rights of the patient by informing the patient in prior regarding the project and getting consent to be a part or not.
• The communication between the team in regards to the project .This should not hamper the professional relationship between the staff involved in the project to find a solution due to miscommunication ,conflicts ,ego, dominance ,etc. ,
• The patient care should not be compromised during the project. So appropriate and adequate skilled staffs has to be on duty.
