  • The rights of the patient by informing the patient in prior regarding the project and getting consent to be a part or not.
  • The communication between the team in regards to the project .This should not hamper the professional relationship between the staff involved in the project to find a solution due to miscommunication ,conflicts ,ego, dominance ,etc. ,
  • The patient care should not be compromised during the project. So appropriate and adequate skilled staffs has to be on duty.
