EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICE IN NURSING

Evidence based practice aims in providing higj quality care.

The gap in evidence based prac means onadequate information leading to limitation of resercher to get in to a proper conclusion.

The main objective of evidence based practice is to improve health outcome in population level, to deliver high quality care, enhance patient management amd adopt best practice standard

In summarized literature of study the information is gathered, classified, evaluated, and summarised. The collected information are then applied to day to day clinical practice
