Client weight is 235lbs. The patient is obese.

Signs and symptoms of Obesity

Breathlessness.

Incresed sweating.

Snoring.

Inability to cope sudden physical activity

High blood pressure.

Tachycardia, Pulse rate goes above 80beats/minute.

Rapid, irregular and bounding pulse

Here patient blood pressure is 148/92 . It means that high blood pressure. Then, pulse rate is 94 beats/min, it point out that tachycardia .He also exhiibit rapid and bounding pulse beacuse of OBESITY.
