Highly satisfied. Because recently I faced a situation. One of my neighbour asked many things regarding covid - 19.he was almost 55 years old, and he have some hearing, visual difficulties also. He was not high educated, and he will not understand medical terms also.

But I was communicated with him very easily, by making a good rapport with him. I used the techniques, eye contact, touch, smile, etc for making him more comfort. I given full freedom for asking questions with me, indie not make any argument with him. I used simple language for making him more understand the situation.

Finally he was very happy and he was, said thanks to me for helping him. I also understood, he is very clear regarding covid- 19 at the end of onversation.
