• Use of evidenced based practice in providing care to the patient .This can provide error free care to the client
• Having specific skills to handle multiple types of patients

The two area to be improved are

• Developing the knowledge of cultural competence in patient care
• Advanced knowledge and skills to handle the sophisticated technologies in patient care.
