For giving care to the old patient is a challenging one in a health worker. They are very dependend and their mood is all time changed like a child. The oldage is otherwise secoundary childhood. Aged, disable and chronically ill patients always in a depressive mood. we must give psychological support to them. We must engaged small activities to divert their mind. we must talk them in a cool manner. we always talk to them with small small questions and answer. we provide their likely items such as food , books etc. Always give support to them
