* Reflection journal for vaccination in infant.

- Vaccination route : intramuscular , subcutaneous , oral , intranasal , multiple injection , jet injections.

Use of needles : in all routes except oral and jet injection , needle size should be appropriate to deliver the vaccine to the route .

Jet injection is needle free technique .

Intramuscular injecton : anterolateral thigh is preferable in the gluteak muscle , penetrate 1 inch of needle .

Subcutaneous injecton : 20 to 25 guage needle , at 45 deegree angle on thigh of infant in the upper oute triceps inserted inti subcutaneous tissue.

Oral route : as directed by maufacturer .

Intra nasal route : with the nasal sprayer device 0.1 ml in each nasal.

Multiple injection : together at different anatomical landmarks : anterolateral thigh , deltoid in upper arm , seperate injection site by 1 to 2 inch .
