Answer: As mentioned, Bill used to go out for having meals. The food which contains high sodium were processed meat, cheese as well as non natural eggs.

The foods that are relatively low in sodium includes. All kind of vegetables. Vegetables contains low amount of sodium as compares to the other cooked foods.

The client should always opt for the restaurant which provides healthy eating. Restaurants that serves green cooked vegetables, broccolis, mixed salad along with the main food. These foods are low in sodium as well as contains more nutrients.

The client should always add low salt to the foods which he cook. It is also important that the salad should not contains salt. The salt is the source of the sodium. The minimum amount of sodium can be easily obtained through the vegetables and foods. The vegetables should be cooked properly.
