Information governance is the way of handling the information of the patient in a secure manner by the health care providers or the organization. In this scenario, it shows that the documentation of the identification is not properly documented and cannot be able trust on this documentation.

So during this time principle of integrity can be applied to maintain or standardize the documentation. Principles of integrity means the documentation done by the health care provider should be reliable or maintain reliably data. Under this principle, the documentation should be truth and original information regarding the patient. if the principle of integrity is follow in health care documentation across the health care system will maintain the standard.
