2)Appropriate patient preparation is the is next one . OR personnel specificaly will ensure the safety of the patient by preoperatively assessing the patient to make sure that the patient is free from risk of the procedure

3) the instruments used by the OR team has been pre strelized to make sure the patient is free from infection

4)Management of the OR technology will be maintained to make sure the patient gets the atmost care from the personal and no harm is caused to the patient
