In the given scinerio, patient have medical diagnosis such as essential hypertension, colon polyps, hyperlipidemia and obesity with bmi 30.39 kg/m2​​​​​.

Body mass index means (bmi) would be better described as a good indicator of the health. BMI 30.0 and above consided as obese. Hyperlipidemia is designed as elevated levels of fats in the blood. Over weight or obesity will increase the risk of developing hyperlipidemia. Hyperlipidemia may be a potential risk factor for the occurrence of the intestinal polyps. Intestinal polyps is otherwise called colon polyps, it is a small clumps of cell that forms on the lining of the colon or rectum. Obesity or over weight is a major risk factor for essential hypertension because it increases tubular reabsorption to impair pressure natriuresia and cause volume expansion via the activation of sympathetic nervous system and the renin angiotensin system.
