She is also afraid that she won’t receive healthcare insurance from her new company and is worried about finding a new provider to take care of her. She wonders if she does find health insurance, whether you will be covered under her healthcare plan or not. Dissatisfaction with the health care system is widespread globally but no consensus has emerged as to how to reform it. The principle method of finance employer based insurance means- tested insurance and Medicare or deeply and irreparably flawed.

Policy makers confirent two fundamental questions is to:-

Should reform be incremental or comprehensive? Should priority to be given to reforming the financing system or to improving organization and delivery.

For example: why the United States needs health care reform.

The palpable symptoms of US sick health care system almost daily in popular print and broadcost media. Almost one of every six Americans have no health insurance, health care spending is escultating rapidly administrative costs or excessive and medical errors or rampant.

The fundamental importance are systemic problems in the financing of health care and in the organizations and delivery of care. That is why;

- Most of the employers are not providing employer based insurances.

What kind of reforms are required,

- Policy makers has to see the incremental reform and provide subcidies has to provide employer based insurances.

- The policy makers has to follow two other approaches for reducing the number of uninsured people into build on the Medicaid and Medicare programmes.

- Health savings accounts has to be in incremental reform proposals and consumer directed health care subsidized by tax, aims at making patients more cost conscious leading to uses reductions.

Comprehensive reform:-

Common goal of all comprehensive reform proposals is universal coverage, this proposals differ in how extensive to the change from current system would need to be how providers of care would rembursed.

In the above case she don't have the employed based insurance and she has to move from one place to another place in the engaged company. If she will have comprehensive health care reform which acceptable universally she may be have strong relief or free from her health burdens.
