THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF VEGETARIANISM

1) Lacto vegetarians -abstain from meat,fish ,and eggs but diary products are allowed .

2) Ovo vegetarians - reject meat ,fish,and diary product,but eat eggs .

3) Ovo lacto vegetarians -do not eat meat and fish,but do eat eggs and diary product .

4) Pescetarians -reject meat and meat products ,but eat fish .

5) Vegans -eat exclusively herabl foods

2) A vegetarians foods protect our body health as well as the envirnment and earths resources .
