Vitamin deficiency anaemia,the condition in which body dies not have enough RBC( Red Blood Cells):-

Lack of vitamin-B9,B12,vitamin-D and vitamin-C,etc.

Reduced iron supplements,etc.

Reduced RBC (Red Blood Cells) production.

Vitamin deficiency Anaemia.

Vitamin deficiency aneamia is caused because of lack of Vitamin-B,C,D. This decreased amounts cause lack of iron in body. Lack of iron supplements reduce the production of RBC(Red Blood Cells), that cause anaemia. The condition is managed by giving enough fluids, foods which contains vitamin-B,C,D,etc.
