Incomplete Protein

These are the protein that does not contain all nine essential amino acids.

e.g- beans, corn, etc.

Basically, food that comes from animals are contained complete protein. while food that comes from plant are contained incomplete protein. (But there are exceptions like Soyabean).

Black beans, spinach, corn, cherry tomatoes, red peppers, and feta cheese are all incomplete proteins but combining them and make quinoa salad makes quinoa salad a complete protein.
