Cinical leadership is the process of influencing point of care innovation and improvement in both organizational process and individual care practice to achive quality and safety of care outcomes.through a democratiic leadership style clinical nurse leaders collect the ideas and opinions of their coworkers then distill them in hopes of finding practical ways to improve the quality of care that they are delivering in health care system.

The nurse manager work with coworkers in the hospital and health care system cordinnates all aspects of daily patient care on the unit, by ensuring that staff patient families , patients are communicating she helps unit staff members deliver the safest possible care, she act as the nurse and executive role.
