There are many factors WHICH influence body temperature

  1. Age - infant usually has 0.5 degree celcius high temperature
  2. Sex - female has bit low temperature as compared to make due to low BMR
  3. Clothes person is wearing - thin clothes will have difficulty to maintain temprature in cold environment
  4. activity - more activity produces heat so to avoid more activity in very hot climate.
  5. Emotional factor - increase heat by 1-2 degre celcius
  6. DIURNAL variation - lowest in early morning and maximum in evening
  7. Infective disease like malaria dengue typhoid etc cause release of pyrogen which cause elevated temperatures
  8. Disease - high temperature in hyperthyroidism and low in hypothyroidism
