Yes , I do have a great mentor. She's my nursing incharge. She's a kind lady with 16 years of experience in the department. She does every strenuous job with an ease by not complaining about anything.it is the best quality that I found in her.
She is extremely generous to her patient by following all ethics of nursing .
She not only work hard but also spend quality time to teach nurses whenever there's a free time in between our shifts.
She illustrate honestly about how valuable is nursing profession and how some people are taking it for granted.
She teach us to be a role model for upcoming nurses who are supposed to join in our department in near future.
