Sexual assault does happen and it is a time that is frightening, confusing and generally full of emotions for the victim/survivor. As the victim always remember all the details of such event he/she is surely denying if the are confused about details of the event.

1. person can be nervous or shamed ,so can pace while mumbling profanities.

2.Person can minimise the severity of the event as he/she may be involved in an illegal activity such as drinking,using drugs ,lying to parents so they can minimise the severity to save themselves from getting into trouble.

4. The person is sexually abused it doesn't mean he/she cannot sit quietly and read magazines,a emotionally strong or a comfortable client can sit quietly and read magazines this fact don't deny from sexual abuse.
