He is taking multiple medications for hypertension and seasonal allergies. His daughter has been filling a pill planner once a week. Mr Dula often forgets his medications or is a day or two ahead in the pill planner. He has not been driving for about 4 years. Today is Wednesday. The ED physician has made a new diagnosis of dementia   __ Alzheimers type.
