Answer #1

Answer: The one of skills that have been mastered during the student session were critical thinking skills and decision making. These skills are very important specially in the nursing profession. The students need to understand the importance of commanding these skills. Because in the healthcare profession, the nurse indulge themselves to bring out better results.

One of the major difference between motor learning and performance is that the motor learning is for long term and person develops this learning which permanently engaged the change in motor skills. The performance is the short term change and may vary from time to time.

With the help of the feed back mechanisms, the change and improvement is possible. It is because feedbacks provide us a platform to indulge ourselves in the changes, to improve and complete the things or qualities lacking behind.
