Early childhood educators work as a team and observe the children within their care, documenting their experiences and evaluating daily care routines.They are responsible for every child within thier care.It is important that educators help to create a healthy environment for social, physical, intellectual and emotional learning for children.

Child hood educators duties are create lesson plans,lead daily activities, monitor children activities and skills , encourage the children for activities to explore their skills.It is important to assess the health status of the children.

Evidence based practice is important and very useful to do our own research at times to discover specific information about specific children.when observe child's uses of language, we know more about the appropriate level of child's performance and development.
