Respect and passion are two values which are important to success the internship in administration in hospital in operation team in hospital. the primary role of hospital is to administer quality care , but behind the scene, hospitals are large institutions that run like any big buisness . thats why successful hospital administrator must combine a passion and respect for the well being pf patients with managerial know how in internship period itself.

Individual respect and relationship building is very important to success the internship in administration in operation team in the hospital. with in the course of a day, a hospital administrator might interact with doctors, the hospital governing board, and members of its finanace team. giving respect and building strong relationships every step of the way and communicating efficiancy can rally staff behind a common cause and keep the organisation running smoothly. establishing truth is key as is making decisions that sign with the long term goals of the oranization .
