Q2 answer-- it falls under criminal because each and every information of hospital and its pts with all its information containing documents are private and it is undisclosed to any other person and should not be sale out

Q3 answer-- neither one

Q4 answer -- it also come under civil

Because it is corrected immediately when it brought to the attention.
