ii) Monophasic combined oral contraceptive is the drug that provides the same amount of hormone throughout the 21 days. In other combine contraceptives there are fluctuation of amount of hormone treatment caries weekly. Because of less fluctuation of hormone amount leads to reduce the side effects of the drug. So these will be the best contraceptive to be appropriate to use.

iii) There are three types of monophasic drug base on the amount of dose

- very low dose contains 20 micrograms of estrogen.

- regular dose contains 30 to 35 micrograms of estrogen level

- high dose pills contain around 50 microgram of estrogen level

The pill should be take for 21 days that is every day at a same time.
