A brief overview of the article and why it is substantial:

The justification:

It is substantial to encourage recommended levels of physical activity in pregnancy should be maintained by adequate flow of information as well as public awakening about the positive effects of it for the mother and baby.

Furthermore there is need of more research to examine how to overcome barriers to physical activity and to understand which interventions will be most effective for overweight/obese pregnant women.

Hence midwives should be encouraged to do more to promote activity in pregnancy.

It will be a healthy advise in this case as the quality birth is concerned.
