Examples of Somatic symptom disorders include: functional neurological symptom disorder, dysmorphophobia/body dysmorphic disorder, somatization disorder, and somatoform pain disorder.

Somatic symptom disorder

it means that a group of disorder in which the people experience physical symptom for there is no apparent organic cause.

The symptoms are often inconsistent with possible physiological process.

The people don't consciosly produce or control symptoms but truly experience the symptoms.

The symptoms pass only when the psychological factor that led to the symptoms are resolved

Non pharmacological treatment

It include massage and accupuncture have noticed better control over the pain.

A trained person has to provide accupuncture and massage therapy.

Psychotherapy

The out come data's shows that the psychotherapy most effective patient with somatic pain disorder

It is a physiological method particularly with personal interaction with client ,which helps to divert the patient mind their by pain is under control.
