These drug have serious of action majorly on the smooth muscles to relieve the breathing problem. When a person intake this drug in any form first it will work on the Beta 2 adrenergic receptor and activate its receptor function, this will causes to activate a certain enzymes which will readily bind the presenting calcium material to the cell material. These particular enzymes is referred as cAMP enzymes. After the clacium gets binded, its concentration level would be simultaneosly decreased, so the smooth muscles will automatically get relaxed. These feature is broadly referred as broanchodialation.Hence this would be the mechanism of action of these specified drug.
