Most maternal morbidity and mortality can be preventable. However maternal morbidity and mortality increased due to improper intervention.

1. Regular Antenatal check up - It is very essential to identify the health status of woman. Maternal morbidity is due to anemia and depressiin. It can be identified through antenatal check up. Maternal mortality is occur as a result of bleeding secondary to preganancy induced hypertension and diabetes. PIH can identified early and prevent further complication through mefication and proper monitoring.

Balance diet : It is very essemtial to prevent the complication of pregnancy. Fruits and vegetables are included and avoid fatty foods, oil and processed food , sweetners to prevent the development of hypertension and diabetes.
