* Recertification:The test is valid for 2 years from the date of test.To recertify one should earn Continuing Education Units of which 80% CEU should be related to HIIM field
2.RHIA
*Eligibility:candidates should possess bachelor or masters degree in HIIM approved by Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management or from a foreign association approved by testing authority.
*Testing:It is a computer based test consisting of 170 -200 questions from 5 domains for 4 hrs.The passing score :300.
*Recertification:The certificate is valid for 2 years from date of clearing the test.To recertify,one should have CEUs earned within 2 years of recertification programme.
