Security is defined as the mechanism in place to protect the privacy of health information. Ensuring privacy can promote more effective communication between doctor and patient, which is essential for quality of care , enhanced autonomy and preventing economic harm , embarrassment and discrimination. Patient confidentiality is one of the most important pillars of medicine.protecting the private details of a patient is not just a matter of moral respect,it is essential in retaining the important bond of trust between the doctor and the individual.
