Some of the factors influences the methods and care provided to the patients such as age of the patient, growth, development, literacy etc. The growth and development of the patient has directly impact on the patient's care. For example, in the case of toddlers, the nurse need to employ different methods to provide care and treatment. Whereas in the case of older adults, the nurse need to provide care along with the counseling and empathy. As older adults requires much attention as well as patient counseling. So, the delivery of care is directly related to the age and development of the patient.
