Answer #1

If my nurse preceptor tells me to concentrate to the thing which I think less important or not necessary. Then I firstly analyse the setuation that I am facing. Then once again prioritise the need according to evidence based practice. If the same results comes as the previous one then I will try to communicate with my nurse preceptor and explain her the reason behind my priority need selection.

As, by the proper explanation of the reason behind my priority based selection of the needs I can convence her if I am right. And if I was wrong then she will explain me the proper way of priority need selection. So I will basically establish and maintain a proper interpersonal relationship with my nurse preceptor.
