The exposure of refugees and migrants to risks associated with population movements-psychosocial disorders,reproductive health problems,higher newborn moratality,durg abuse nutrition disorders,alcohlism and exposure to violence -increase their vulnerability to noncommunicable diseases (NCDS).

Vulnerable individuals, especially children,are prone vto respiratory infections and gastrointestinal illness because of poor living conditions, suboptimal hygiene and deprivation during migration, and they require access to proper health Care .poor hygenic conditions can also lead to skin infection.

What are the three implications are ,

1. Psychological disorders;

Many times , lack of preparedness , difficulties in adjusting to the new environment , the complexity of the local system, language difficulties, cultural disparities and adverse experiences would cause distress to the migrant.more ever subsequently it has a negative impact on mental well being of such population.

2. Reproductive heath problems,

A month the most common health problems in the immigrant woman living in turkey are infectious diseases, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted infection, physical and sexual violence, inability to benefit from family planning services; miscarriages, pregnancies occuring in multiple and short intervals.

3. Higher newborn mortality;

Disparities in socio- economic status explain a significant amount of the variation in infant Mortality in aggregate statistics although there is less agreement on the underlying mechanism's of the relationship.
