Racism is the belief that groups of humans possess different behavioral traits corresponding to physical appearance and can be divided based on the superiority of one race over another. racism and racial discrimination are often used to describe discrimination on an ethnic or cultural basis, independent of whether these differences are described as racial.

Whites does not want blacks to have access to quality and equitable education so that they can keep them under their control, keep them away from the light of education. Whites used Black people as slave long time back, they wanted to keep them as slave forever. If blacks are given quality and equitable education then they will become educated and no one can keep them under control or make them slave.

White people does not want to send their children in the same school where blacks attend as they have a mind-set that blacks are slave and they are underdeveloped, poor people. They also don’t want to think blacks are equal with them and don’t want their children to study in the same school where blacks attend.

Poor people also want to send their children to school to educate them, to have a better life in future. But they do not match their needs or belief systems as the demand for school is higher and not comparable to Poor and minority families. Schools are expensive and need strong support or cooperation from students family to run but if the students parents are not affordable to that it will not be possible for their children to match their needs and attend schools.
