It is reversible anticoagulant by binding to calcium in the blood.In addition to blood prevent it from clotting .Caogulation test include PTINR,APTT,D DIMER etc.. But she take Lavender tube contain EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) ,it is anticoagulant . Anticoagulant by binding to calcium in the blood.mainy used for CBC,ESR ect .So for caogulation test use sodium citrate bottle .Take sample is filled the line marked around its edge.Discard lavender tube  and take new one sample in citrate tube.
